help w/ the archives

anyone know an easy, not too technical way to transfer episodes from the archives onto my zune iPod? i'm terrible w/ computers and really need a dumbed down version of how to do this. i love TBS, but sometimes i get burnt out on listening to the same podcast over and over between shows. i use a Mac if that's any help.

I get the feeling it's harder with Macs. It's not too hard with PCs, though. This article helped me:
