- Skinny Cow Fudge Bars
- Edy's Fruit Bars (popsicle size)
- Wasa crackers spread with either light cream cheese or laughing cow light cheesy stuff (It's kind of processed but tastes yum)
- Carrots with Hummus or dill dip (mix dill with light sour cream)
- Sliced Cucumbers sprinkled with a bit of salt
- Cereal (like corn flakes... but only eat a little at a time)
I try to stay away from nuts and trail mix because I eat too much of it and it's very high in calories. Although the protein is good for you, a serving of nuts should be smaller than a handful. Same with sunflower seeds.
