The "guy who explains what mexican food is to the rest of the world" call was probably sometime around mid-2009, but I don't know if I can place it any better than that. He falls into that group of callers who was more of a minor chat-and-board sensation than something that blew up on the show, much like my personal hero, Joey Levels.
