I got my fill of the Simpsons in the late 90's and I doubt the movie will change that.

Why wouldn't this movie be great? The show has been satisfying up to this point. There is to much negative energy.

Agreed! Let's be positive. I bet if we use the power of our minds, we can levitate the Pentagon!

Finally, it's a movie, so they can include all the hardcore violence and nudity that the story really demands.

Perhaps the biggest laugh was for Bart, who skateboards through town naked after being challenged to do so by Homer.

After a series of scenes where strategically-placed extras and props protect his modesty, the audience gets a full view of his private parts through a gap in a hedge.

I wasn't too fired up about it after seeing the ATHF movie.  It seems like it would be hard to maintain that kind of humor (not that they're exactly the same) for over an hour.  Then I saw this:

now I'm fired up.
Breakfast- I'm havin' a time
Wheelies- I'm havin' a time
Headlocks- I'm havin' a time
Drunk Tank- not so much a time
George St.- I'm havin' a time
Brenda- I'm havin' a time
Bingo- I'm havin' a time
House Arrest- I'm still havin' a time
