So now "view in iTunes" doesn't even work anymore?

When I go to the best show page then select view in itunes, it takes me to the download iTUNES page.

*I have the latest version.
*I'm logged in to the iTunes store.

Yet a new apple iTunes thing that seems broken.

So I do the 3 or 4 step process of finding the best show in iTunes store. click on "get" and nothing happens. I don't even know if it's downloading or not. No pop ups, progress bar..nothing.

I hate Apple so much... can one of you young whipper snappers help me out?

If anyone else has a problem of not getting the best show in iTunes, I had to:

go to the web site
click on the menu in the upper right corner
click the podcast link
scroll to the episode you want
click the MORE button

then either stream it, or right-click the [ ] box and Save As...

the question is does Tom still get credit for this kind of downoad? iTunes is just not working at all...

Seems to be working for me.

 "3 or 4 step process" are you subscribed to the show, it should update when the new show is available.

I'm using Win7 (i.e. "the software Microsoft wants to ditch like a flaming potato"^TM) and that isn't happening to me.

I just tried doing this: 1) bestshow.net, click the iTunes icon which takes me to an iTunes Preview page with a list of Best Show episodes, 2) click one of the "View in iTunes" links, which launches iTunes to the Best Show "page" at the iTunes store, where I can download or subscribe; I have to select the "My Podcasts" tab to actually listen.

Could it be a file association issue in your browser?

OK, got it working:

there was now a message bar that wasn't there before and I had to click the grey "I have iTunes" button, then a Chrome pop up came up and I had to click the Launch Application button. None of this ever happened before, but's it's finally working

Why do they keep making things overly complicated?
