I enjoy ice cream sprinkled with salted peanuts or, better, these peanuts I sometimes make that are roasted in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, onion, cayenne, and a dash of maple syrup. Come to think of it, I should try dipping those peanuts in chocolate sometime. I've got five pounds of organic bittersweet baking chocolate (70% cocoa) in my freezer--why not put some of it to this good use?
