What's the deal with Pigs Feet anyway? Do you eat the whole thing? Are they just pickled piggy? Do you dip them in various things like mustard or horseradish sauce? Perhaps some Franks Red Hot?

They're like chicken legs.  You just stick the whole thing in your mouth and when you pull it back out, all that's left is a bone.
