I think that was more like "maybe this should happen" but never actually confirmed. I could be wrong though, I was spaced out while listening to that episode.

That Gawker article is really garbage, though. I mean I know it's not worth worrying about because it seems like insights from people who think of themselves as cultured but really are not.

Maybe I'm bitter because I think Ohio will crack the top 5. No one can make fun of my state but me!

Jeff Garlin got in my own personal Hate Pit for his crumminess and rudeness towards Christopher Mintz-Plasse of all people on Doug Loves Movies. A pathological attention hog.

Is Nick Di Palo officially in the pit? What's the specific charge? There's a variety of reasons for him to be pitted.

I listened to this week's show but managed to miss the rationale for why the Brian Wilson of the World Champion San Francisco Giants was thrown into the hate pit. My fair-weather fandom demands answers!

I admit I'm a little uncomfortable with the rough justice of consigning Brian Wilson (the cleanshaven one) to the Hate Pit until he coughs up Pleasure Island. There's something Kafkaesque about his predicament here--how is he supposed to create music while the Family Guy theme is blaring in his ears (er, ear) 24/7?

You're right that he was an attention hog, but he was at least kinda funny. Kevin Pollak on the other hand has made it to my hate pit (and hopefully Tom's too eventually) by being an attention hog on DLM (and life).

Everything he touches loses any semblance of joy or humour and it bothers me a little that he's trying to worm his way into the alternative comedy scene.
