Sound Effects Board?

Hey all,

I was listening to Radio Free Yo La Tengo on my portable media device today, and I loved Tom's sound effects board with the clips of Paris Hilton, Dave Chappelle, etc. It got me thinking about if Tom's ever used such a device on the Best Show. I seem to recall a caller mentioning it, but I haven't heard it on any of the archives I've listened to. If this ever actually happened, could anyone tell me which shows feature Tom's board? And is it the same board from RFYLT?

There was one time when the chat got Tom a sound effects board and for the rest of the show he kept killing callers and turning them into ghosts. I hurt myself something good trying to suppress the laughter at work that day.

I think he gets it in the mail on January 2, 2007, around the 2:00:00 mark.

The January 30, 2007 show, is where he makes extensive use of it. (there might be some more use of it around this time)

I have been wishing that Tom would employ the effects board since that fateful show.  *sigh*  We need more "BOOM"s and "Now you're a ghost"s!

I thought there was going to be a soundboard of the best show online, like the clever Urkel soundboard I saw those many years ago.
