I know, he's singing "Lola" -- only it's the (friend of Best Show) Weird Al parody "Yoda" from the Dare to Be Stupid album.  See, that's why he said the performance would be "stupid."

Oh I did it, I cracked the code!   Once you learn to see the clues it all becomes so obvious.

One day, I would like to hear him do all 28 minutes of Genesis's "Supper's Ready". Or Close To the Edge!

I actually did hear a song on the radio I thought he could tear up, though, the old Motown nugget "Reach Out, I'll Be There".

Sorry about the double post, but I just remembered the epiphany I had during yesterday's drive home. For a future marathon, Tom should Space Oddity AND Peter Schilling's Major Tom AND Ashes to Ashes all in sequence.

Hell, if he got really industrious, he could do every song reputed to refer to Major Tom (like Elton John's Rocket Man.)
