this year's marathon premium
« on: February 14, 2008, 03:17:32 PM »
Once again, I'd like to help out those FOT who truly can't afford the $75 to get Tom's marathon premium.  I'll be mousing it again, and I'll have a few premiums to spare.  Just PM me with your details, and I'll put you on the list.  Only the honestly needy should apply, of course.  FOT's honor.

Just make sure to get and keep one of those Cherry Blossom Clinic 7-inches for yourself.

Oh, I wanted that so bad. I would pay $1/day just to listen to WFMU, and then they throw in a crate of awesome.
Thank you WFMU!

The mouse is 365. And you can totally take ten months to pay it off. Put that shit on layaway!

I'm currently unemployed, guys, so don't expect me to match last year's donation. I'm sticking with a mouse pledge, and I'm doing the monthly installment plan. And I'm keeping the swag for myself.

Mouse pledges also get a sweet zip hoodie. It's a bad time for me financially, but I'm going to do everything I can to at least get Tom's premium.
I'll probably go into the wee hours.

Just so you know, two of the four fun packs have been claimed by needy FOT.  It's a "first come, first served" offer, so you should probably let me know quickly if you want one.

I'm really happy about the FMU zipped hoodie; I've been needing a new light outer garment, and I prefer a zipped garment to a pullover.  It is a little weird always to be acting as a walking billboard for the station, but there are worse roles in life.

I just started listening to the Best Show a few months ago. Is there a link or something where I can read about the marathon, donating, and what the hell "mouse" means?

You're a big fat liar, woman.  Luckily for WFMU.  (Tom just announced your total.)
