game watches
« on: March 28, 2008, 11:37:22 AM »
Does anyone have a working game watch from the 80's or have any links to lead me to one?  I used to have one that played like 20 games (breakout, space invaders, etc.) that a teacher confiscated when i was in 6th grade and for whatever reason, I just thought about it this morning.  I bet it sucks but I'm feeling nostalgic about it I guess.

Are you talking about Game & Watch (which aren't watches) or games you play on a watch? EBay has a ton of Game & Watches for around 30-40 bucks.

Close but I think the one I am remembering would have been the previous generation of game watches.  It had pong-like graphics, just balls and lines and was very generic looking.  It looked like an large, black digital watch.  Thanks for that link though, it was fun looking through all of those watches.
