Opened the NY Times Style section today to a really nice surprise: a "Modern Love" column penned by Julie Klausner!  Congratulations, Julie!

I have to say, it was a little freaky having something so personal get such wide exposure (The Gray Lady, she gets around!) but I've gotten such kind responses from people who liked the essay, and this thread was just the best to read. Thanks all, seriously, so much.

Yeah, awesome piece, and surprisingly heartfelt.  My wife flipped open the style section and was like, "isn't this the person you're always telling me about?"
