Side one is one of the very best things recorded during the 1970's. Unfortunately, side two isn't nearly as good.

The War on Drugs - Best Night

The whole album is fantastic, a great album to spin alongside "Smoke Ring For My Halo"

It's not perfect but you can't deny the opening track.

Oh, good heavens. I didn’t realize. I send my condolences out to the rest of the O’Connor family.

Oh man, I love the Motown medley. Todd's voice is perfect for Smokey's songs.

The Motown medley is pretty good.

I'm not saying that side two is bad. It's just not as good as side one, which is really, really great.

Spent a pretty penny on these original LPs. So worth it.

"Cigarettes" from this just came up on my iPod.  I don't know if there was ever another singer who could make an anti-cigarette protest song sound like the sexiest thing ever heard. RIP Poly.
