I recognize Breckman in it more than Tom, though Mr. Scharpling's stamp is sometimes very evident.

Tom's humor is omnipresent on Monk, but since his humor is as wide as the ocean, the comic bone he pulls on Monk is so vastly different from his preferred mode of driving a call-in show, you don't often recognize it. I also assume he is funny around Jillian Barberie, but I doubt if he screams "GET OUT OF MY HOUSE" at her all that often.

Umm, I meant, why do you think Tom has anything to do with Monk other than supplying fine corrugated products? Now, it IS some of the funniest cardboard in the business.

Yeah, the Breckmanisms are definitely noticeable, and I don't think it's a coincidence that one of the most absurd episodes from last season (the one where Monk becomes a painter) was written by Wurster.

I had no idea Jonny W. had written one, much less that one.

Secondly, I had no idea that Stanley Kamel had died.   :'(  (I knew about Dr. Kroger)
I really don't appreciate your sarcastic, anti-comedy tone, Bro!

a proud son of the greatest state in the union and packers superfan, tony shaloub.  where's the respect for him?
Sounds like someone was working as a conduit for nature's natural vengeance.  Just like Jesus.  And some of the others.

I had to figure that Tom's brilliance showed through on the show. I never doubted that he represented nothing but the most finely honed cardboard. No surprise that Mr. Wurster would also be involved in the business.

You might stand a better chance of garnering respect for the guy if you spell his name correctly.

It's Shalhoub.

For shame.
