We all know Mike's a Grateful Dead fan. With today's announcement that Phish is reuniting, I wonder if the right honorable AP will be able to keep himself from the newly reinvigorated jam band world. He might claim he's not a fan, but any Newbridgian worth his or her salt knows that all jam bands are essentially interchangable, seeing as the listener/concert-goer simply desires an excuse to "cut loose" and "let their freak flag fly." The music is, therefore, a nonfactor. I fear this behavior would be disastrous for the people of Newbridge. We need a mayor who digs the local scene, not the parking lot scene.
