Creme De La Reese ?

Does anyone know what this is referring to? I need to know because it had crept into my speech patterns.

Della Reese, a singer and actress probably best-known these days for her role on "Touched By An Angel."

I love the idea of Best Show speaking patterns infiltrating the larger culture. I don't eat much red meat these days, but I'm thinking I should go to McD's for the sole purpose of ordering a "handburger".

I like Creme Della Reese because it sounds like it's referencing Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (along with the singer/actress).

If you're going to order a handburger, at least make it a good one from a nice place, not just McDonald's.  OR ... Order the McDonald's handburger, to save money, then give it to a homeless so as not to break your meat streak.

I work in a restaurant, and I'll occasionally say "handburger" to guests when I repeat their order back to them.
Person:  I'd like a hamburger, well, with cheddar.
Me:  One cheddar handburger, well done.  Would you like mustard or mayonnaise?
Person: Mustard.  Wait, what?

Once, too, I quoted Philly Boy Roy and attributed the quote to him as though the person I was talking with would recognize him as the celebrity I know him as.
