Puzzle/riddle websites

Anybody do the puzzles at sites like The Labyrinth (register page linked below):

I just started this one and would rather struggle through it with those I know here, assuming anyone is interested.

I played this for awhile ago when it came out but the whole thing is just too centered on the creator's personal interests. There are some connections that simply don't make sense without knowing some very specific pop culture reference. I wish someone would make a similar puzzle that follows more general concepts and ideas rather than very arbitrary pop culture references. I would give examples but I don't want to ruin it for anyone.

That's why I finally gave up on it.  I cheated a little, and the ones I cheated on seemed to have no connection, so I got fed up.  It was fun for a while, though.

I played this some yesterday, and it was a lot of fun until it just sort of started being not fun.

Of the 10 or so pages I opened up, the farm one was by far the most interesting and enjoyable.  And even that one had some clunkers.

There's this game called Kings Cribbage on ecribbage.com that is a hybrid of cribbage and scrabble. 
Believe you me, it's the best game in the world.
