hey new york/new jersey FOTs

some friends and I are starting an independent comic book distro/collective. I'm writing a comic but I'm the only one with out an artist currently. so i'm reaching out to you folks to see if theres anyone who wants to get on board. it's a western gunslinger comic with occult/horror themes so i hope you like to drawing cowboys and monsters and shit!

basically i'm looking for someone who A. can draw and B. wants to be pretty much my partner on this thing, collaborating with me to create the book. I'll be writing the thing but you'll get a lot of creative control to create the look and style of the art.

obviously its a no pay thing, but it's a chance to get involved with a cool group of young writers and artists trying to have some fun and get our work out there. we're hoping to get the first two issues of each comic done by the end of the summer so we can hit the ground running so obviously i'd like to get started on this shit right way. the commitment would pretty much be as much time as you want to devote to it but  the perfect candidate would be someone who is excited to be working on the comic and wants to devote time to it. i'm not really interested in contracting someone out, i'd really like someone who's going to be as psyched about being apart of this as i am, wants to be part of the collective and sees the work not as another job but a personal project.

please PM me if you're interested or if you know of anyone who you think would be interested and i'll fill you in on everything.

p.s. yes, to answer your question, i don't live in la anymore

I really don't appreciate your sarcastic, anti-comedy tone, Bro!
