Rock Band has Big Dipper

For anyone playing Rock Band, they're putting out three Big Dipper songs for download and play next week:

Big Dipper “All Going Out Together”
Big Dipper “She’s Fetching”
Big Dipper “Younger Bums”

Unfortunately, not available for Wii users. But, finally putting out Doolittle on Wii, so I'm excited anyway.

I attempted to play rock band once in my life but turned my back on it when I couldn't find a single song I cared enough about to play.

Well, they've upped the ante quite a bit in that area. They got a three pack of Dead Kennedys and Mission of Burma for Wii a few weeks back, they put out Pearl Jam's entire Ten album a few months ago, and just generally have enough snippets of various stuff to make the game enjoyable for about anyone. It makes it a lot of fun at family gatherings or parties, pretty much like an interactive karaoke machine.

Not to mention the upcoming Beatles Rock Band, which promises to eventually shamelessly whore out much of The Beatles entire catalog. So excited for that.

Rock Band has shocked me numerous times with their releases but nothing like this. I just wish they had released Ron Klaus Wrecked His House. Guitar Hero can't touch Rock Band when it comes to song selection and downloadable content.
