The big difference is Method Man got hit by one of the very few things thrown from the crowd. Sh*t didn't start to get thrown at the stage until Meth said (F*ck yo family, its all about hip-hop now) he didn't understand that the crowd was giving Meth & Red the Family chant as a show of respect and when he said "F*ck yo family" some knuckle heads in the crowd started to throw cans and stuff and unfortunately Meth got hit in the face...
 Now Tila on the other hand was only there cuz she asked Sugar Slam to have her husband(Violent J) to pull some strings so she could get a performance under her belt as Tila thought it would never be seen, so her maiden set would be in front of a few hundred drunk Juggalo's she could seduce with her t*ts and as we have all seen that was not the case. She should have never taken the stage after Violent J told her him self just minutes before she was set to play that he herd rumors the crowd wanted to humiliate her so she was paid up front and told the money was her's to keep even if she did not take the stage but that if she did she was doing it of her own free will.
