Nuit Blanche in Toronto

Have any Toronto FOTs ever been to one of these in past years? Is it fun? I'm in Buffalo and thinking about hitting it, but I'm kind of on the fence on whether it seems like it would be worth the hour-and-45-minute drive or, you know...not worth it.
I'm warning you with peace and love.

I thought this thread was going to be about insomnia in the T-Dot.

I've heard very enthusiastic reports, but have never attended.

I've been going for a few years and had really varied experiences every time. There's a really careful balance of over- and underplanning you've got to have. It's good to know the locations and times of a bunch of things you want to see but to also just give yourself a lot of room for wandering. Last year sucked really hard (everything seemed to stop around 1am, all the zones were way too far apart) but I've been to really good ones before that.

I'd recommend it, but go with a bunch of fun people so if it gets boring or shitty you haven't wasted your night.
