Based on conversations between Tom and Frank from Weehawken, about how Tom really does it up with Halloween decorations and Snickers bars wrapped in $20 bills*, I can only assume that this is Tom's house.

i love how frank from weehawken, despite being a best show vet, is always just teetering on the edge of a gomp! it's so unnerving!
