Ha. I realized in retrospect that it came off that way.
Rutgers had Michael Sandel speak. I was disappointed because I expected him to do something exciting, but he ostensibly did the first day of his intro the ethics course. He was asking us Utilitarian themed questioning, standard stuff that's on wikipedia. The last question was, "Would you torture someone if you knew 100% you'd get the information out of them to stop a bomb from exploding and destroying a city." With a big grin on my face, I had my hand raised, eager to say, "No, you let the bomb go off and use it as a justification to start a war. A false flag operation can be used if necessary." I guess they didn't call on me because I looked too excited to speak. Even though I don't know much about neo-conservatism, I imagine I could do a convincing John Bolton impersonation.
