Thanks Jbissel!  I don't have any of the stuff from the CD full of albums you sent, I've been listening and loving the Fire on Fire a lot today, and can't wait to check the rest of it, the Betty Davis albums in particular.  Also, a Joanna Newsom live dvd, PFT's Freak Wharf, a Cookin' With Coolio cookbook (!which is highly entertaining just to read through, can't wait to try some of the recipes out!), Milwaukee Brewers baseball cards, and of course a twix bar!

Thanks so much!
Sounds like someone was working as a conduit for nature's natural vengeance.  Just like Jesus.  And some of the others.

Watched the Joanna Newsom dvd tonight.  It was incredible.  Doubleplus thanks Jbissel.

My family got a great card-word game from the justsheano family.  We are true believers of the age-old maxim that "the family that plays together, stays together."  Thanks Santa.

Glad you like it! We like Quiddler a lot and always had the most fun nerding out with that and our friends over a couple of drinks.

My soda tastes like turkey.   :o  My sisters stole all the other ones though I guess I asked for that when I brought the package to my parents house.

Hey yeah, if you haven't already, post what you got or gave! I'm interested in what people did for Secret Santa ...

I haven't got mine yet because all of our packages are being held until next week at the theatre. So, if you had me, please don't post what you got me but I'd love to know who it was. That would be enough of a present until I actually get to open it. :)
Doing it Mentos style.

Oh, yes, let me amend ... if you haven't privately exchanged thankses and all that and talked to your Santa/Santee offline ... don't post yet! There are a handful of packages probably waiting out there still.

Only after the surprise has sprung ...

Thank you Gilly for the first season of Mad Men! Now I can explore a show that I've been too intimidated to investigate on account of not jumping onto the band wagon from the get go!

Good, I knew exactly what I was going to give my SS and was hoping it would be somebody who hadn't seen it before but even if it were it's the collectors edition in the tin zippo can instead of the cardboard box it comes in now. But, I'm glad it will be a first watch for you.

Thank you Jesse from Astoria for the awesome bag, dog treats, and doggie iphone.  My dog tried to take it on our walk but I didn't want him to lose it.  Have a great New Year.
Sarah

You're welcome :-)

I'm a little late in posting because I've been traveling and stuff. Thank you Jason Grote for the Forrest Gump themed t-shirt commemorating my attempt to inflame the movie thread, it made me laugh! Also the cat toy, a bunch of Hawaiian leis and the copy of your play!

You are welcome! I thought I might get lucky and it might arrive on time, but mail from Los Angeles to Lincoln, NE isn't put on the fast track, I guess.
