I'm pretty sure it's just an autographs, meet and greet, q&a kind of thing.  No music will be played by any of the rock stars, that's not what it's about.

I havent even heard of half these people/bands.  Plus, I keep picturing that autograph convention scene from 'The Wrestler'.  There's gotta be a few sad stories going on here.
