on a technical note, i find it quite hard to hear clearly on my ipod in my busy workplace, could you make the audio a bit louder somehow?

I don't know if use iTunes but there is a way to boost the volume under "options".

I'll do what I can on my end.

I don't even know how to make comments on iTunes. If it involved logging in, I will just say in forum love the show, Fredericks. I'm listening to the episodes out of order. I'm strongly considering listening to all dozen again when I've finished hearing them all.
