This is more of a fantasy "Hey buddies, wouldn't it be neat if Tom booked so and so?"

My nominees are all people Tom could likely both get and "get".

HRR made a fake appearance as Officer Harrups early on. 

I think maybe Officer Harrups also calls in to report a 378 at New Hope Commons in the April 26, 2005 show, although he doesn't identify himself (1:02).
