Best Show in High Times?

I think it might've been a few years ago, but I remember thumbing through an issue of High Times (I think it had Ozzy on the cover) and saw TBSOWFMU written into their "POT-40" section. Can anyone confirm this?

For those of you that aren't hep to it, the POT-40 is a section at the end of the magazine where readers submit the names of bands, tv shows, vaporizer manufacturers, and other such druggie cultural detritus that is then ranked and illustrated in the style of the Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers. more info here: http://www.hightimes.com/ht/entertainment/content.php?bid=549&aid=5

POT-40? Is that a Radio Hut item? Like the POT-80 but with half the features?
