In general, I would say that if you play a role/help in landing a guest that Tom actually wants to have on the show, then that would certainly be worthy of recognition.  I would recommended Sebastian Bach or Stephen Pearcy.  Absent Tom's interest/approval in the potential celebrity guest, the solicitation would seem out of bounds and not particularly worthwhile.
