Shuffler Wars
« on: May 02, 2007, 09:47:24 PM »
Put your music device on shuffle and post the first five tracks that come up.

The next person posts their list and a third chooses who has the better list between the two.  The fourth chooses the winner between the third and the first winner and so on.

1.  "Nowhere Near" - Yo La Tengo
2.  "I'm Amazed" - Pixies
3.  "She's a Jar" - Wilco
4.  "You Faded" - Chavez
5.  "Who Could Win a Rabbit" - Animal Collective

Dan B wins, but mostly because Beck's status as a Scientologist makes me super uncomfortable.

2. "The Spark" - The Flaming Lips - The Soft Bulletin
3. "Summer Away" - Aloha - Here Comes Everyone
4. "Shopping Mall Disaster #1 - Allen Clapp & His Orchestra - One Hundred Percent Chance of Rain
5. "You Need a Heart to Live" - His Name Is Alive - Rare Tracks in the Snow

Jarno wins for more variation.

Black Lightning- Greenland
The Ballad of Scarlet Town- Johnny and the Moon
The Ice of Boston- The Dismemberment Plan (live at The Middle East, 7/24/03)
Wordless Chorus- My Morning Jacket
Animal Man- Kim Fowley

Kind of a rock morning for old compute box, I guess.
