Tompkinspotting

I saw the one and only PFT walking down the street in a suit with some other good looking people, headed to the Silverlake Film Festival.  I had half a mind to yell out "Best Show!" or "FOT!" or some crap, but I decided to let the man have his dignity in the company of adults.  It was only after he walked by that I realized I totally had the "Eat Flaming Death Fascist Media Pigs" marahton premium t-shirt on under a short-sleeve button-down.  I considered how fmu-centric my life experience has become...

You should've told him you were Sol F Tompkins' biggest fan.

A PFT appreciation thread?  I'm in!

I found the first 10 minutes of his Driven to Drink special on youtube.  It's about a decade old, not available on DVD, and very funny.

He was brilliant on the Dr Katz- Vow Of Silence episode! ;D
Now is the time for us to gather together and celebrate those things that we like and think are fun.

I wonder if he joined just to check up on potential stalkers.  You're safe, man, I swear!

His ears were burning. I told him those ear candles were a bad idea.

Hmmm...  maybe my photo-posting and gushing fanboy anecdote scared him away.
I wasn't gonna bother him with dumb questions or anything.
That's what that other site is for. :(

PFT is on this week's episode of Never Not Funny.

PFT was interviewed by an in-over-his-head dolt from iFilm and still made it hilarious.

PFT's new album of classic material will be available here on June 12th.

Finally, PFT announced plans to appear on the 6/12 Best Show here!

I resolve to stop beating that dead horse today*.

*What? It's still today. No hard feelings Jouster, just dumb message board antics.

I'm over the asterisk thing, too.
I still love aspecialthing.  They're the ones putting out the PFT album for crying out loud.
They're also responsible for a lot of Tom's newish fans.(myself included)
