What skit was it with the throwing of the Zero bar?

Apologies in advance if I'm cluttering up the boards with silly questions, but this is driving me nuts.

Whats the skit with the guy that gets the Zero Bar thrown at him? It's a white pride (not to be confused with white power) thing. Thanks for any help.

The skit just happens to be a Best Show Gem from July 26, 2010 (originally aired January 9, 2007). It's called "A Call From A Drunk Driver", and Wurster calls in as a member of the Monroe family who also happened to find fame on reality TV. I love the part about the Zero Bar, but my favorite part is when he threatens Tom by saying he'll drop a giant block of ice on his house.
