I love cats but I think I need to throw a dog in this mix. My dog. Hurley...

He's an outdoorsman...

...knows how to keep it clean...

...and a lover of dogs of all colors.

(No, he is not named after the "large" guy on Lost. He is named after two more admirable Hurleys.)

Three cheers for Dorvid for taking such good care of Herc! I'm sorry things didn't work out here but I couldn't think of a more perfect new home. I'm glad you're both getting along so well :) I miss that kitty.

I would never claim that he he is better than any other dog but, to me, he is wonderful. I would gladly loan him out to any FOT for a day. I am glad y'all have enjoyed the photo. I swear I get choked up looking at that photo even when he is lying at my feet like he is right now.
