It's not as though you didn't have a perfect right to ask, Scot.  I was just surprised at the notion that it might be a Boston terrier when I was so sure it was a boxer.

We got Lucy shoes so she wouldn't keep scraping her paws on the concrete when she played fetch at the ball court...this is her when we first put them on.

Nice! We've got those for our dog for snowshoeing and and hiking. He does the same thing for the first few minutes. We also have panniers for Hurley and, when we put it on him, he IMMEDIATELY starts walking sideways like he is drunk. It's pretty funny.

i didn't mean to sound offended. if my dad had never purchased his dog, i would have thought it was a boxer, too. and that pic probably is of one!

the suspense is killing me. i need to know!

this is franny. she is an awesome dog in spite of the fact that she does some of the worst things i have ever seen a dog do.

Details?

only because you asked. she is sort of totally insane about food; she thinks all food belongs to her, and can be (actually, is) a total dick whenever guests come over and we have food in the house. we always have food in the house, by the way.

that's PG-13. the other awful thing she does is a hard R: she LOVES (loves loves) eating her own feces. and is smart and quick enough to do so on a fairly regular basis. which leads to other issues, which i will not divulge in a public forum.

other than that, she's great. the best. very smart, weird, funny. i like her bunches.

On the scale of gross things dogs do, eating his/her own poop is way up there.

Cat poo? Pretty common.

Other dog's poo? A little less common.

His/her OWN poo!? That's pretty rough.

But she is a cutie nonetheless. Still a winner and a "best of the best".

Bah.  Dogs eat their own shit all the time.  People just don't like to acknowledge it.
