Yes, that was a highlight.  I couldn't decide whether "I'll put my pretzel up against yours any time" was completely innocent or utterly filthy.

I like how Murderin' Mike can pass off vicious hate crimes so casually. It's all just fun and games to him.

No. The Wally Wackiman/Greggulator Hatch Patch was easily the best.

Edit: That might have also been the show where Skeevy advised Wally Wackiman to "get some ass," which is one of my favorite Best Show moments ever.
