Hey, I didn't get a chance to hear this weeks show and I just noticed that not only is the podcast not up, but neither is the archive... did I miss something really important?

Thanks! I'm a lurker, so I never post, but read often -- you all are such great people -- keep up the good work!

From WFMU's homepage:

"All of our archives and podcasts have been down since Thursday morning at 3 AM. We're working on restoring these services asap, so please hang in there while we frantically tug on the wires and smack the side of the console. It looks like the earliest our archives and podcasts will be restored will be Friday night or Saturday, but we'll keep you posted right here. UPDATE: All missing archives and podcasts (since Wednesday night) will eventually be available, but that may take a few days. It is possible that new archives wiill be available before access to the old archives is restored. On the here-and-now front, all of our live streams are functioning normally. Be Here Now until you can Hear Now Later. "

I think we have a lot of lurkers here, and that's fine, but don't be afraid to post or register. This is without a doubt the friendliest, most welcoming and drama-free forum I have ever seen.

I can't listen to the show live. Does somebody have a bootleg copy of last week's show? I'm dying to hear it. Life without WFMU archives is turning out to be very tough. :(
