I've been taking classes for the past year or so. I actually just had my last class ever today. I don't know that I'm any good ... in my classes I've met some very talented people and I feel like I'm just not there. I don't have in me what they have in them. But it's fun and to be honest part of the reason I took the classes in the first place was to help learn social skills.... it's fun.

Just don't improv... everywhere.
I really don't appreciate your sarcastic, anti-comedy tone, Bro!

Not only are they not improv, but they don't do it everywhere. They should call it Planned Out Scenarios in Predesignated Locations.

I think it takes a while to be good, Eric. I'd just stick with it if it's fun. I think the minute you give up the desire to be good is when things really start to take off! Where did you study?

Improv Boston which apparently Jen Kirkman trained at along with former pro wrestler Chris Nowinski. They boast that " ImprovBoston performers, teachers, and students have included comedians that have gone on to fame as internationally celebrated film stars,   Emmy Award winning television stars, acclaimed theatrical producers, and writers for shows such as The Daily Show and Real Time with Bill Maher." but they're kind of vague about who exactly these internationlly celebrated film stars are. Not that I care since I'm having fun and have no illusions about this leading to a comedy career. I've actually got a Cage Match show coming up in a few weeks and just the idea that I'm going to be on stage voluntarily for something other than the student showcase is a pretty big deal for me.
