I like this part:

First Round:
Daryl, John and their management team will choose up to 25 videos. We’ll be watching the first sixty-seconds of each entry, so be sure to wow us in the first minute!

What do you think the odds are that a) they don't receive 25 videos thus b) will watch each entry to completion?
