Thanks, Liz.  I finally got to see it last weekend (I sat next to Yesno).  They did a pretty nice job!  The lead guy was particularly good.

For the last couple of months, I've been taking a standup class. I started it because I wanted to sharpen my writing, but I've found standup to be a hoot in its own right.

Our showcase is this Tuesday, in the Comedy Store's Belly Room. I'd love to meet some LA-area FOTs there. It'll be the first time I've done anything like this, and it'll be good times. One of the other guys is an old toastmaster from Rhodesia.
