if you go to the art institute of chicago, you can see an installation i worked on. i made the wrigley stadium in the mario ybarra jr show in the contemporary wing. and in july there will be a house i'm fabricating in the hyde park arts center. you should go see them.

What's the date at HPAC? I'm in Hyde Park and I'll check it out!

It opens on august 3rd. Do you go to school in hyde park?

Senor, I'll be in DC this weekend, but carless, and isn't it pretty hard/expensive to get to Baltimore from DC by train?

OK, this inevitably has the cheesy, low-rent look of any theatrical production that gets shot on video, but it's pretty fun as long as you don't take it too seriously: the trailer for my play at Georgetown.

This will be going on this upcoming Saturday. Here's a little article about the "Station North Arts District" which Hour Haus Studios is actually part of. There are a lot of events going on up there during Artscape. Artscape rules already... hopefully this will make it even cooooooler.

I'm hoping to escape from family obligations for some time, but might get roped into another trip to Virginia instead.

And yes Jason, it is a little bit of a hike from DC, but not too bad to get there by train. However, I am clueless about what happens when you actually GET to Baltimore.

I looked into it, and it's only like $6 on Maryland commuter rail - I think my DC schedule is pretty packed, though.
