Any performances slated for Knoxville? I have an awesome office space I could share with you! Could I get you coffee? A paper?

That's a great video, John.  Man, Chris Ware is fucking dark.

I got another show coming up, this time in Seattle.  It's Maria/Stuart, which a bunch of FOT saw when it was up in DC last fall.   I might make it out to see it.  From the the theater site:

Maria/Stuart
by Jason Grote
A contemporary rip-off of Friedrich Schiller's Mary Stuart, Jason Grote's dark comedy is a hysterical take on dysfunctional family life that incorporates ghosts, German poetry, and liters of soda in a dance at the edge of theatrical chaos. Stuart is in his late 20's, lives with his mother, and is into comic books. He, his mother, his 2 aunts, his grandmother, and his too-close and too-pretty cousin, have dark secrets - and until the secrets are revealed, an agitated and somewhat confused spirit who has access to fax machines will not rest.
Directed by
David Gassner

I will be there! If you are coming to town Grote, this would be a good time for that fabled Seattle meet up. Anyone? Erech? Trembling Eagle? Anyone else from the NW? Let's go see this play.

Awesome!  I think I am going to come out and see it, but I'm not sure when -- I think the director's going to see if he's got any frequent flyer miles left now that the show's running.
Oh, good heavens. I didn’t realize. I send my condolences out to the rest of the O’Connor family.

We just got our short film, Fish Out Of Water: The Nightmare, into the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal.  Any FOTs ever go to this?  I'm not sure if I'm going or not but I want to.

Look, obviously that "patience" thing was out of line, but calling your bluetooth out is just an update on the old Garafolo swatch-at-Medieval-Times bit.  Sheesh, tough crowd!

kidding, congrats.

I have another show opening in DC.  As usual FOT can PM me if they want me to ask for free/discounted tickets.  It got mentioned in The Huffington Post, in an article that I admit I mostly do not understand.

I graduated from community college recently. I got an award. Here is some shaky cam footage:

In case you can't tell from the video, I look disheveled!
