Why isn't Notre Dame penalized for taking a break when all the real teams are playing tough opponents?

Why isn't Notre Dame penalized for the child abuse pandemic?  Or for refusing to allow Obama to speak on campus?  Or for perpetuating the myth of "student-athletes" with an earnestness that makes Black Flag seem like The Bloodhound Gang.

This opinion is actually good for 2012 as well.  My "love" of Notre Dame football is not bound by the calendar, epochs, furlongs, leagues, months, years, or other forms of measurement.  It is without depth, odorless, tasteless, and unseen.  Fuckers.

AD is looking more and more like a creep.  My son is named Adam Dean (not solely because of the initials AD, it was just a nice nickname.)  We don't call him AD any more.
