According to the comments on Stereogum, the video features Ted's dad (the ref) and his wife Jodi (girl at the end). There was also a challenge for Ted to arm wrestle the ABBA Box. Still not sure who the "special acting performance by one of the long-time Friends Of Tom" refers too.

I thought it was pretty funny when he called Paul Harvey and Bob Grant youngsters.

Plus, isn't he the guy from the Frogs albums?  At least he sounds the same as the old man character in those.
