I'M SO SORRY
« on: December 18, 2007, 04:55:07 PM »
I feel horrible. I haven't listened for almost three months. I'm so far behind. I had to go to class on Tuesdays at 7 until 10. I'm so sorry. Can you FOT's ever accept me again?

Yours truly,
Trrrrrrrrristan

Young man, I want you to go to your room and think about what you have done.

Then maybe you can come down and rejoin the family for dessert.
I really don't appreciate your sarcastic, anti-comedy tone, Bro!

I hear you've started wearing a cowboy hat like Imus.  Is that true?

Tristan,

I was just wondering what became of you today (I was listening to an old podcast). I suspect you attend (or attended) my alma mater. Welcome back.

Cheers,
Evan in Providence

Evan, do you like hanging out? Do you like The Wu Tang Clan? Did you know The Wu Tang Clan is playing at Lupo's on the 16 of January?

If you don't like The Wu Tang Clan, then would you like to hang out? Another little FOT RI Chapter Night.

I was just thinking of you, too, Tristan.  I'm glad you haven't deserted us.

I stopped getting that since I started wearing a suit vest and shaving. Although I almost punched a guy who was saying I looked like him a week or two ago. Not because he said I looked like That Guy From That 70's Show, but because I would go "Yeah, Hyde, I get that a lot. Thanks." and he would respond "NO MAN, THAT GUY FROM THAT 70'S SHOW! YOU KNOW! WITH THE SIDE BURNS AND THE GLASSES!" "Yeah, Stephen Hyde. That's the characters name." "NO IT ISN'T, HEY YO, JEFF, WHO WAS THAT GUY FROM THAT 70'S SHOW? THIS GUY LOOKS JUST LIKE THAT GUY FROM THAT 70'S SHOW!"

He wouldn't shut up.

"Alright, well, for the sake of this conversation, let's say the book does not exist."

Yup, that bit immediately popped into my mind, too, when I read T Rocks's post.

Yeah, but I'm guessing it wasn't that particular rendition. Bush league! You can film that in your parents basement but not on stage in front of a live audience.

Tristan, to answer your question, yes I do like the Wu Tang Clan. I'm a little cash starved right now (what with all the gifts I'm giving and plane tickets and such) and I work most Wednesday nights so it might be tough. When the date gets a little closer I'll get back to you. We should do a little Providence listening party in the new year though. I'll be in touch.

Have a great holiday!
