I feel like I've got all the stuff I really wanted from them but I have my last 73 downloads to use up.  What should I get?

The new Times New Viking album is pretty snazzy if you're into super-noisy pop.
I'll probably go into the wee hours.

I just got the new Glenn Mercer solo album "Wheels In Motion" that came out last summer on eMusic - crazzzy good.
I'm warning you with peace and love.

darn it, you beat me to it. this album has satisfied a craving for gbv-style short, fuzzy and catchy rock songs that i've had for a while now... having read lots of conflicting reviews on the av club, pitchfork etc. i get a feeling it's a divisive record among critics and audiences since it goes against the grain of today's more common slick production values, but just under the static and pops lie some gems of songs that are worthy of playing loud in your car on a long commute.

That's kinda what I wanted!  I guess this should be the General Emusic Recommendations Thread.

I remember seeing that the DC Snipers (aka Fleetwood Mac) had a live show up on there, too, one of those eMusic exclusive-type things, but I never got it. That could be some good stuff. The Holly Golightly show I got was good.
I'm warning you with peace and love.

73??? Jeepers, sounds like you need to switch to a smaller plan. I usually get a mix of comedy but have gotten most I wanted by now (Maria Bamford, PFTompkins, Comedy Death Ray) but find it useful for little indie things that everyone says I should get and then I can hear two songs and say "Meh".

Dana Gould's stand-up album "Funhouse" is a pretty good investment.

I've also been finding a lot of tracks that Pandora.com has been suggesting to me on eMusic. I would give that 1-2 punch a try.

Ditto on Times New Viking and Cococoma.  I actually went to the playlist from Terre T's Best of 2007 show at wfmu.org and saved a lot of those titles for later.
Oh, good heavens. I didn’t realize. I send my condolences out to the rest of the O’Connor family.
