my new outlook on other peoples accomplishments
« on: April 16, 2008, 09:32:40 AM »
the more they talk about them, the less impressed I am by them.

example: I am more impressed by a person who runs 10k races and doesn't talk about it than a person who runs a marathon and puts "26.2" stickers on everything they own.

Breakfast- I'm havin' a time
Wheelies- I'm havin' a time
Headlocks- I'm havin' a time
Drunk Tank- not so much a time
George St.- I'm havin' a time
Brenda- I'm havin' a time
Bingo- I'm havin' a time
House Arrest- I'm still havin' a time

For a minute I thought you were talking about me.  Whew!
Oh, good heavens. I didn’t realize. I send my condolences out to the rest of the O’Connor family.

Fuck, man. If my lazy ass runs a marathon, I'm telling ALL OF YOU about it.

Haha I'm walkin that walk.

I don't run. Unless something is on fire or shooting at somebody and then I might run.

I don't know I think it depends. Sometimes other peoples accomplishments can be a source of motivation or inspiration for me to achieve more etc.

 Living in Baltimore?

You might be ready for that marathon.

I'll continue to view other people's accomplishments with a mixture of jealousy and indifference.
