things are coming together: more bands, BBQ, parties...and a ping pong tournament!!!  (ping pong tournament is 2-3 years in the making)

all the info has been updated: ping pong tournament, hotels, band schedule (MC'd by Ross Johnson, friday and saturday!), tickets, and even a video from GONERFEST 4.

I most likely will be there.  Really looking forward to Eat Skull, The Barbaras, TVK, Box Elders, etc. etc.

The ping-pong tournament is a big draw for me.  I play almost every day, but I've never entered a tournament or anything.  I really have no idea how good I am, but I love playing.

Will I be okay waiting to buy tickets in early September?  I assume this thing won't sell out way in advance [?].

I am sort of seriously considering going, too.  I could drive in one marathon session on thursday, rock on friday and saturday, repeat marathon drive on sunday.   Hmmmmmmmm.

i havent seen it sell out yet, but for only being its fifth installment, its gotten bigger and bigger every year.  im planning on getting the golden pass, but last year i paid at the door every nite and had no trouble getting in. 

also, if you havent checked out the hotels, the artisan (located on union about 2-3 walking blocks from the hi-tone) has a GONERFEST SPECIAL of $50 a nite, if you tell them.
