I am still astounded that Metallica was a headliner at Bonnaroo. Was Bachman Turner Overdrive not available?

Randy Bachman was otherwise occupied by a hoagie-eating contest with the guy from Black Tyger.
I'll probably go into the wee hours.

Mastodon played some new children's songs at Bonnaroo!

Bonnaroo? More like Boooooo! No thanks, I have no interest in standing outside with smelly hippies and watching performances by Phish, The String Cheese Incident, Dave Matthews Band, and Bare Naked Ladies.

Although, now that I'm looking at this year's lineup, there are about 20 acts I wouldn't mind seeing live.

Still... any stage that's been graced by Dave Matthews surely carries a taint?

Ugh, even the thought of festivals kind of creeps me out.

I usually get exhausted of music and standing after three bands in one night, let alone 234224 in three. Outside.

Festivals are awful, even when there are bands you like performing.

I love festivals but I haven't been to many so maybe that's why.
