Has anyone else seen this movie? And did it blow your fucking mind? Cuz I watched it the other night and I immediately wanted to watch it again. It was just so beautiful and intense.

I loved it for about 92% of its duration.

That ending totally killed the movie for me.  Ending not included, it was one of my favorites from last year.  It's beyond beautiful in HD.

Haha I just thought it (or Cillian) was so pretty that the ending didn't even phase me. I thought it was so cool.

I think I'm going to watch it again this weekend.

I loved it. Even though the plot turned into Event Horizon Lite, by then it had earned enough goodwill with me that I didn't care. My "Film Friends" didn't like it, but they seem to like things soaked in blood.

havent seen it...but it immediately went on the netflix queue, moved to the top, and i eagerly await its arrival after i return Woman In The Dunes.

I thought the captain who ate it in the beginning was going to be the sabatour, not the deux ex machina of the other ships captain... and I think that would have been a better villain. Like the bearded captain is in League With The Sun! Not the severe burn victim that can overpower a whole ships crew.

I kind of liked it.  Same reservations as those above.

Not as good as the Solaris remake, though, for that vibe.
